In our local offices, our Team Leaders are responsible for offering training for newer agents. In addition, each Team Leader offers training and consultation for experienced agents to help them achieve their desired production level. On a regional and national level, Keller Williams University courses are being held almost every week throughout the year. We offer the most diverse training in the business; whether rookie or mega-agent you can profit from our company philosophy that promotes a learning-based atmosphere.

• Career Launch: designed for new agents quick results

• "Millionaire Real Estate Agent" Productivity Classes:  Designed around Gary Keller's best selling book, the "Millionaire Real Estate Agent", these classes focus on the "leads, listings and leverage" triangle. Whether developing as a new agent, increasing your current production, or learning how to build a team, these classes create both a vision for your future and the specific paths to achieve maximum success.

• "Millionaire Real Estate Investor" Classes:  Using Gary Keller's most recent book as a model, these classes show you how to achieve financial wealth through real estate investing, and give you the understanding to create additional transactions with real estate investors.

• Business Boot Camps: Advanced "Masters Level" training in true business arenas including "Leadership", "Consulting", "Recruiting and Selecting the Right People", "Action Focused Training", "Team Building" and "Productivity Specific Environment."

• Quantum Leap: A life achievement course designed to help you balance your work, your personal life, your spiritual life and financial wealth building.

• Mega Agent Camps: Designed for experienced agents with production of at least 6 million dollars annually, these explore new ways to refine and increase sales and profits.

• Mastermind Sessions:  Mix with the greatest minds in the industry four times a year, led by Gary Keller, Dave Jenks and Mark Willis.  Available for owners, team leaders and agents.
